Our commitment to you
ToolMart provides a 6-month warranty on eligible INGCO products purchased from ToolMart in the UAE. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use, subject to the terms below.
1. Warranty Period

Eligible products purchased from ToolMart UAE are covered by a 6-month warranty starting from the date the customer receives the product.

The 6-month warranty applies to eligible products used for personal, professional, commercial, or industrial purposes, provided the product is used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Products Not Covered

  • Batteries.
  • Consumables.
  • Wearable items.
  • Products or components designed to be consumed or replaced through normal use.

Examples include gloves, masks, cutting discs, grinding discs, drill bits, blades, sanding materials, and similar items.

Battery Notice: Normal battery capacity reduction caused by charging cycles, age, storage, or normal use is not considered a warranty defect.
2. Warranty Provider

The warranty is provided directly by:

ToolMart GCC Building & Construction Materials Trading CO. L.L.C

ToolMart manages the warranty claim, inspection, repair, and applicable replacement process directly through its UAE service operations.

3. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal and intended use of an eligible product during the applicable 6-month warranty period.

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Defective components.
  • Defects in materials.
  • Defects in workmanship.
  • Product failure caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Failure of covered components under normal and intended use.

The product must be used according to its intended application and the manufacturer's operating, safety, installation, and maintenance instructions.

A product failure occurring during the warranty period does not automatically mean that the failure is covered. ToolMart will inspect the product to determine the cause of the failure.

4. What Is Not Covered

Normal Wear and Tear

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Parts that naturally wear through normal operation.
  • Consumables.
  • Wearable items.
  • Normal deterioration caused by use.

Batteries

Batteries are not covered under the ToolMart 6-month product warranty.

Normal battery capacity reduction caused by charging cycles, age, storage, or normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Misuse or Improper Use

  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Negligence.
  • Improper handling.
  • Use for a purpose for which the product was not designed.
  • Overloading.
  • Operation beyond the product's specified capacity.
  • Failure to follow operating or safety instructions.
  • Improper installation or assembly.
  • Improper maintenance.

Accidental or Physical Damage

  • Dropping.
  • Impact or collision.
  • Crushing or breaking.
  • Cracked housings or components.
  • Physical abuse.
  • Improper transportation or handling.
  • Other accidental damage.

Water, Heat, Fire and External Causes

  • Water or moisture.
  • Flooding.
  • Fire.
  • Excessive heat.
  • Corrosion.
  • Chemicals.
  • Contamination.
  • Other external environmental causes.

Electrical Damage

  • Incorrect voltage.
  • Incorrect electrical connections.
  • Electrical surges.
  • Power fluctuations.
  • Unsuitable power supplies.
  • Incorrect generators or inverters.
  • Failure to follow electrical safety requirements.

Unauthorized Modification or Repair

The warranty may be affected by unauthorized repair, modification, alteration, or dismantling only where the unauthorized repair or modification caused or contributed to the defect or failure being claimed.

ToolMart will assess the actual condition and cause of the reported defect rather than automatically rejecting a claim solely because the product has previously been opened or serviced.

5. Accessories and Components

Where a product is supplied as a kit or set, the warranty applies to the eligible covered components included with that product.

For example, where a combo kit contains multiple tools, each eligible tool is subject to the applicable warranty conditions.

Batteries, consumables, and wearable items remain excluded where specifically identified under this Warranty Policy.

6. Tool Only Products

Some INGCO cordless products sold by ToolMart are supplied as Tool Only products.

Tool Only means the product is supplied without a battery and charger unless the product listing, invoice, package contents, or other product documentation specifically states otherwise.

The absence of a battery or charger from a Tool Only product is therefore not considered a warranty defect.

Customers using separately purchased batteries or chargers must use compatible products suitable for the relevant INGCO platform and product.

7. Warranty Claim Requirements

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide either:

  • ToolMart Order Number, or
  • ToolMart Invoice Number.

ToolMart may also request the product model, SKU, serial number, or other information necessary to identify the product.

Applicable INGCO products may carry a unique QR code that can assist with product identification and verification.

8. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Customers should contact ToolMart and provide their Order Number or Invoice Number together with details of the issue.

Where appropriate, ToolMart may request photographs or videos of the product and the reported problem before asking the customer to bring the product for inspection.

Customers should stop using a product if continued operation could cause additional damage or create a safety risk.

9. Warranty Inspection

ToolMart will initially inspect the product to determine the nature and likely cause of the problem.

Where necessary, the product may be referred to ToolMart's technical/service team or an appropriate INGCO service resource for further assessment.

The inspection determines whether the reported issue is:

  • A covered manufacturing defect.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • A consumable or wearable item.
  • Accidental or physical damage.
  • Misuse or improper use.
  • Damage caused by an external factor.
  • Another condition excluded from the warranty.

The final warranty decision will be based on the inspection and technical assessment.

11. Warranty Repair Period
Repair Target: Within 7 Working Days

For approved warranty repairs, ToolMart aims to complete the repair within 7 working days from the date the product is received and accepted for warranty service.

The repair period may depend on the nature of the defect and the availability of required spare parts or components.

Where circumstances outside ToolMart's reasonable control affect the repair process, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Where applicable under UAE law, the warranty period will be extended for qualifying periods during which the customer cannot use the product because of covered warranty repairs, provider-caused maintenance delays, or delays in supplying necessary spare parts.

12. Repair or Replacement

When a warranty defect is confirmed, ToolMart may provide an appropriate remedy depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Repair of the product.
  • Replacement of defective components or parts.
  • Replacement of the product where repair is not reasonably practical.
  • Refund where applicable and permitted under the circumstances.
  • Another remedy required by applicable UAE law.

ToolMart will determine the appropriate warranty service based on the technical assessment, product condition, availability of parts or replacement products, and applicable legal requirements.

A confirmed warranty claim does not necessarily mean that the product will automatically be replaced or refunded if repair is an appropriate available remedy.

13. Warranty After Repair

Where a product is repaired under warranty, the original warranty period continues to apply, subject to applicable UAE law.

The warranty period may be extended for qualifying periods where the customer is unable to use the product because of covered warranty repairs, applicable maintenance delays, or delays in supplying necessary spare parts.

14. If the Product Is Not Covered

If ToolMart's inspection determines that the reported issue is not covered by this Warranty Policy, ToolMart will explain the reason for the warranty decision.

Examples include normal wear and tear, consumable or wearable items, battery-related issues, accidental damage, physical damage, water or moisture damage, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification where it caused or contributed to the defect, incompatible components, or external damage.

If the customer wishes to repair a product that is outside warranty coverage, ToolMart may offer a paid repair or service where possible.

Any applicable charges will be communicated before proceeding with chargeable work.

15. Customer Responsibilities
  • Use the product for its intended purpose.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Follow applicable safety instructions.
  • Perform appropriate maintenance.
  • Use compatible accessories and components.
  • Store the product appropriately.
  • Keep the product away from conditions that may cause damage.
  • Keep the ToolMart Order Number or Invoice Number.
  • Stop using a product if continued operation may cause additional damage or create a safety risk.
16. Professional and Commercial Use

ToolMart's 6-month warranty applies to eligible products used for professional, commercial, and industrial purposes as well as personal use.

The product must be appropriate for the intended application and used within its specified operating limits.

Professional or intensive use does not automatically invalidate the warranty.

Normal wear resulting from intensive use, however, is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

17. Product Identification and QR Codes

Applicable INGCO products may carry a unique QR code or other product identification information.

ToolMart may use QR codes, SKU numbers, model numbers, and serial numbers where available to verify and process warranty claims.

Customers should not remove, alter, or intentionally damage product identification labels or markings.

18. Product Registration

ToolMart offers product registration for eligible INGCO products purchased from ToolMart UAE. Product registration allows customers to provide their product and purchase information so that ToolMart can keep the registration details organized for future warranty service and after-sales support.

Product registration does not replace proof of purchase. Customers should keep their ToolMart Order Number or Invoice Number as proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Customers may register their product by providing the requested information, which may include the ToolMart Order Number, product serial number, customer name, email address, and mobile number.

Registration is recommended but is not a condition for warranty coverage. Eligibility for warranty service remains subject to this Warranty Policy, applicable UAE law, and verification of the purchase and product.

After completing registration, customers will receive a registration reference that should be kept for their records.

19. Safety-Related Defects

If a customer believes that a product presents a safety risk, the customer should immediately stop using the product and contact ToolMart.

Customers should not attempt to repair or modify a potentially unsafe product themselves.

Where a confirmed product defect creates a safety concern, ToolMart will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable UAE requirements.

20. Product Recalls and Corrective Actions

If ToolMart becomes aware of a product defect that requires corrective action or recall, ToolMart may take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable UAE requirements and manufacturer instructions.

Such measures may include repair, replacement, withdrawal, recovery, or refund where applicable.

21. UAE Consumer Rights

This Warranty Policy establishes ToolMart's warranty procedures and conditions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or reduce any mandatory consumer rights or remedies provided under applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Where a mandatory legal requirement provides a customer with a right or remedy that differs from this policy, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

22. Warranty Policy Updates

ToolMart may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, services, warranty procedures, manufacturer requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.

The current version of this Warranty Policy will be published on the ToolMart website.
